The Zone Boot Camp is a 4 week boot camp that is led by certified personal trainer, Mark Saucedo. It is a fun and exciting program designed to help you achieve your goals at a quicker and smarter rate in a safe and motivational atmosphere.
This is a great way to have fun in a non-threatening environment while getting a high quality workout in a short amount of time. You will also meet great people with the same goals in mind.
The goals I have for my clients are:
- Reduce body fat
- Train smarter by incorporating Polar heart rate monitors
- Build self-confidence
- Build strength
- Increase stamina
What if I am not in great shape?
You will not be asked to complete a task that they are not capable of and no one will be left behind. Men and women that are 18 or older of all levels are welcome to participate. Each day will change and the intensity will also increase each day.
What exercises are included in the program?
We do everything from running/walking, weight training (upper and lower body), core conditioning, abdominal work, calisthenics, plyometrics, and a series of other drill. Each day is different, the exercises will never be the same and you will get a full and complete workout every week!
Exercises include: push ups, shoulder presses, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, lunges, squats, crunches, and more...
What will I get out of Zone Boot Camp?
Amazing results in a short amount of time. You will train smarter and get results faster by learning to stay in the fat burning zone. The program includes exercises designed to:
- firm your glutes
- strengthen your core
- reduce overall body fat
